2. Services Overview
The Max Web provides custom web development, web design, e-commerce solutions, landing pages, and website maintenance. All projects are subject to the agreed scope, timeline, and cost as outlined in individual client contracts. Changes to the project scope may incur additional fees.
3. User Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary content for the completion of your project. You also agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and to avoid any harmful or abusive behavior.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing: Our website development services start from ₹30,000 (or $699). Pricing will depend on the complexity of your project and the features you require.
Payment Schedule: A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and before final handover.
Late Payments: Delayed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid in full.
Refunds: Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not provided once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own the website and its content, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Agency Ownership: The Max Web retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code used in the development process unless agreed otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Max Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any third-party issues (e.g., hosting platform failures, external services) or any downtime after the website has been handed over.
7. Project Timelines
We work diligently to meet the agreed deadlines. However, delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submissions) may affect the project timeline. Any changes to deadlines will be communicated as early as possible.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, or fails to make timely payments. Clients may also terminate the project, but will be responsible for any costs incurred up to that point.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pondicherry, India.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
